This is lot 1, Wetland, on left, 20 feet from the new home, I was hired to apply grass seed. The Contractor knew I wanted to buy land for my son.

The day I arrived, this small pond was full of Cat Tails, then dredging started to remove all. This is the next spring. I purchased Lot - 2 next door for my son and was immediately placed under a Cease and Desist. This whole lot altered with no order of conditions filed.

I tried to build for 3 years with no luck. The DEP and Natur

  • I hired an Architect for Derrick.
  •  Derrick's home is in the design phase.
  • I had a $7,000 design bill.
  • Lot-2 was ready for us, we thought.
  • The Developers' home construction starts 2009.
  • By 10/04/2009 we are under a cease and desist.
  • 2018, we try a second build, cease and desist again.

All homes must face south but I'm in a scam with the State of Mass.

Pictures 1-4, Home designed by Architect, getting ready to build.

Picture # 1  Nice wrap around porch.

Picture #2 Front view. In our covenants from the Developer, he demanded we change this home all around so the garage is facing South on Derricks new property.

Picture #3 Beautiful 3 car garage facing south and the big bonus room upstairs would give Derrick a great office area to do his Engineering work.

It was October, 2009, Natural Heritage questions where I want our home. I would be drawing maps for almost 2 more years for David Paulson.

Natural Heritage had me install 8 Monuments just for the shed, 4 more for a 200 x 200 home building lot and it all needed to be surveyed.

I was informed I would need a $20,000 concrete bridge to get to the shed but our neighbors have 6 bridges with no restrictions.

This all cost almost $4,000 in 2011
