Panning to build a second time in 2018, We had 2 different designed homes, one a full structure which we had specially designed in 2010, the other - same design converted into Modular Home In 2017 for a fast build, The redesign finished in - 2018, it can be done and we apply to build. See photos 1-3 above. So, in early October we are ready to build and apply for driveway permit. I was told by Conservation if we want to build, we must see Levesque associates, Environmental Scientist of Westfield MA. I go directly there, with in 2 days they visit the site, accuse me of mowing a wetland and impose a cease and desist. I asked for a visit to the land before any work started but worked started regardless with out my permission.
