Late fall, Septic is going in now.

I have to start by showing what I did. I'm accused later, I'm hammered later by the Authorities. Looking, the rock on the right is our boundary. The land all graded by the Developers Construction Company, The DEP AND Natural Heritage acted as if I de-stumped a wetland, NO!   I only raked it, seeded it and of course built the wall back up.

That's it. Everything done is covered by my covenants. T

The foundation goes on the rock, very shallow, Septic Next

The land was all pitched down hill on Lot -3 and they are leveling it our for a well to be drilled. The well drilled out back, and as I Mentioned, the perc's were on my land, his foundation moved back to his land. He then has his Perc test done and finds it's rock too. Septic fails, the new design is a raised system.

You can see the well in the lower left corner, the Septic raised to match the land grade needed for the raise system  design.

They have constant loads delivered by 3 Euclid dumpers. They went down the mountain side, collected earth and brought it up to raise this whole area. Where is the DEP, the town Conservation and Natural Heritage?

This area built up high and the whole back yard is built way up with thousands upon thousands of yards of earth removed from below and I was asked by Levesque Associates if I moved any rocks on lot 2. Yes the size of a baseball I said, many looking at him with the attitude are you serious?
