I Will attempt to explain our struggles. The State of Mass has discriminated, harassed and violated our Civil and Constitutional rights. The State DEP, possibly working with the EPA too, are described in articles to try and Seize Properties of citizens, called "Land Grabs". Being persistent, I have uncovered their processes to the extent that we have proof of Illegal activities, bribes, citizens complaints, and facts that prove the State is working with a firm in our area, "Leveque Associates" who are unethical, they are not BBB Accreditated and work with the State DEP to cheat, discriminate and harass. This collusion with the state is for personal gain of employees of the DEP and associated firms which they form a trust with. Some of this activity actually keeps people from developing land and it can devalue same so the "sharks" as one person described it, can come in and offer much less for the land and in a mafia-style deal, take the land over then later develop it under the DEP's approval when they change the rules which they write to suit their needs. They are very persistant, very accusing, they work for the DEP when your paying a contractor to work for you. 

  We wanted to only cross a tiny seasonal stream and my son caled me saying Folus, a supervisor at the DEP Springfield MA said Derrick would have to sign paperwork saying his land would have to be signed over to the State should any issues happen. That discussion is for my son and his attorney. Seeing my son is a Professional Engineer, they are discriminating against him for their own security reasons.  People like my son coming to this area pose a big threat to their crimes. If allowed to build here, my son automatically can do the same job ats they, it's automatic

competition which could put them out of work and the possibility of finding they are corrupt is obvious. They strong arm people getting what they want and they don't want Derrick in town. Derrick and I have had many conversations about the totally unethical ways they are conducting business and using Tax Payers money to run a Scam Operation. I ran into an old friend Saturday from Agawam MA 2/29/2020 and when I mentioned being tied to Levesque It all came together even better. He said exactly the same as what was said at a party I attended where several spoke up saying Rob Levesque is so unethical and about 5 called him a scumbag. Levesque has this City and surrounding towns under full control with the DEP and their personal law enforcer. they are writing their own laws and are exactly what was said "scumbags" after catching them in lies. I concur. 

 Out of all the Civil Engineering schools in the USA, Derrick's team, from RIT won the Eastern Competition in New Jersey, then went on to the finals in California to compete for the top engineering school in the country and there they lost. His efforts gave him many opportunities for employment. His first choice was construction to gain experience and then had plans to start a business and work with Dad but Levesque and the DEP squashed that.    

I was looking for land in mid-2009 for Derricks' future home while he worked in Perel Harbor, I found land to purchase in late 2009 and Derrick came home to approve. Right after the Sale, I fell into a big pile of corruption by the Natural Heritage- Endangered Species people and the DEP at the same time. Working with David Paulson, He was attacking me from one angle and the DEP another. I was feeling so bad because the money my son had saved landed me into a cease and desist on my land but they didn't give it to me in writing. I would not be able to build, my son couldn't come home, he actually went to Tigh and Bond Engineering to apply for work and then he was stuck, couldn't return home because the all powerful Natural Heritage made me survey our land. More to come on that.  

  By the time we were approved, it was now 6-20-2012 he's still in Hawaii and with all there is to do to start a home, too late this year.   A little late for building as winter approaches. Another tactic to stall people with winter we found out.  I was under a lot of pressure to give back Derricks land to the environment. Derrick was not home, upset and he knew I had it all under control but it was constant harassment.  I was forced to give in, allow most of the land to return to forest, place monuments and map the wetlands they approved so I could build but again too late in the season. ( None of the other 6 lots were made to do this.)

Derricks plan to come home set to 2013 now. He decides his job is going well, has his girlfriend there, he came home for Christmas from Hawaii in 2013. At home we visit the land, everything so cold he siad I'm working in Pearl Harbor, I'm working under a PE, I can take my tests soon so may as well finish this up and become a Professional Engineer. 

Ok, 2 more years, Fundamentals of Engineering passed and then He gets his PE in Hawaii. April of 2015. Derrick comes home in early 2016, he interviews, lands a job in the Boston area and he comes home married which was a big surprise. Getting married in Hawaii was special for them so they did a church wedding here also and were remarried for both families and friends. 

Derrick's now working, has an income again, is getting ready to build a home again, 2017 renting in Boston, getting his moduler home plans ready and in 2018 all is set. I paid a visit to the Town of Montgomery asked for the driveway permit, where Jane said you'll need to get approval from the Highway Department and Paige Liberty of Conservation. She also said I think it's still on file, all completed which it was, right in the Highway Departments box, last towards the back from 7 or 8 years ago. 

Next, I meet with Paige Liverty and she tells me if you want to build there you have to hire Levesque Assoc. of Westfield. "it's out of my hands." So, feeling her stern tone, I didn't question her, I went directly to Levesque's wasting no time seeing my son has his Modular home all set from our designed home. of about 7 years prior, another 6 thousand dollars.  

Now instead of Natural Heritage, we are involved with Levesque's and soon, the DEP. I am charged with mowing the grass and violating a wetland. Now I have been charged and I'm getting angry because I have an agreement in writing saying I can mow this. 

It's a dry field, no water imput, no streams, pitched so water leaves, had trees on it, which were harvested when the 50 acres were clear cut. A crime where no one was charged. So much more information coming.  

So, directly after asking for the help of Paige Liberty of the Montgomery Conservation Commision, I visit the office of Robert Levesque associates and Ryan of Levesque talks with me. I explained the Town of Montgomery insists you are hired and I will need it checked out but first I'd like to do a walk around before you start.     

  Nope, two days later he said it's getting cold so I did samples and marked it all out. I figured - ok nice it's done but If I didn't like his plan, I wasn't going to hire him and I wanted him to know the story of the land. I visit the area 2 days later, find he has done the whole 6 acres and I just want a driveway. I call him and it's when he tells me I violated a wetland. I said it's not a wetland. That's when it starts, he is dragging us through the mud, most of this will be for an attorney but he tests the soil, charges me 2,500 dollars then returns around July of the next year, taking his sweet time and tests it again for another 2,500. Winter rolls in. It's been 16 months and I still have no right to put a driveway to our home in the center of the lot. I say - our home, it will be our inlaw home as well. I was 56 when I started this and now I'm 68 years old. 

Derrick was pregnat with his first child and wanted to be in the home before she was born. Now his second was born January 1st, 2020 and Derrick still has no home so his wife being very angry at me for encouraging Derrick to buy crap land wants a home and now so Derricks family is now in a home in Boston and it has split our family up so I will never be in business with my son.  

The Grand Wizard of the KKK would at least talk to people while making threats but this Wizzard effect is more like the Wizzard of Oz. The DEP sends out it's enforcers, Levesque to terrorize people. I hired a qualified Wetland Scientist and he visited the DEP, Springfield on my behalf, they asked where he was from and when he said Granville MA, they asked, are you involved with Carl Hale and he said yes and he said they about slammed the door in his face. For anyone reading, this is unacceptable. Where and in what country do you pay taxes, have a state agency cut you off like that and why?  My tax dollars pay their salary. They only want Levesque Associates? Why? Now I'm exposing the facts. As a person who likes to fish, I like that feel of a nibble, then another and another then I set the hook. 

I'm a Mechanic. I trouble shoot, I listen and I diagnose a situation and then find a workable solution. When you have anything sabotaged, you admit it's not right, you can spend all sorts of money but when someone is stabbing you in the back - and it's happened to me before - you really need to be a hunter and know who is hunting you. Ryan of Levesque is a hunter and I could tell he was hunting me. 

As a Combat Trained Vet, I learned from training to know your enemy and know them well because they will slice your throat. Trained to kill my enemy and it taught me allot. Killing my first deer was an experience I didn't enjoy. I've never killed another. I like wild life, I enjoyed seeing the Moose, Deer and all sorts of species on the mountain but they have all disappeared in the name of corruption. You see that land should have never been developed, never clear cut, never had wetlands covered over and never had natural springs plugged up and water just diverted over the mountain. Paige of Montgomery was outraged when I mentioned it as if I was accusing her of not doing her job. There's much more to come. Roads and telephone poles, blasting for driveways and roads and I'm accusing the Developer of killing an endangered bird. All and more when you read on.
